@Cjmus2 First 30 days is hard, but after that something interesting happens: when you eat meat nothing else has any appeal. Meat is just very satisfying. I eat twice a day: a hamburger with egg & cheese (no bread) for breakfast & a ribeye for dinner. It’s been a year now- it’s amazing.
