The Stellar Community Fund (SCF) is an open-application awards program that draws on community input to support developers and startups building on Stellar and Soroban.
Congratulations to all submitters on your hard work. We received 90 Activation and Community Award submissions, 47 of which submitted for their first ever SCF awards!
We awarded $1,606,125 worth of XLM to 25 submitters in total for SCF #23.

Activation Awards
Awarded a total of $527,300 worth of XLM* to 13 projects
Projects new to SCF can request an Activation Award up to $50,000 worth of XLM* for ~1–1.5 month projects. The Activation Award is intended to support the completion of the Project’s MVP of their Stellar/Soroban integration and serves as an opportunity for the recipient(s) to demonstrate commitment to the overall Project. Tauvlo: $45,000 worth of XLM*
Tauvlo is a tokenized real estate investment marketplace that makes investing in real estate accessible for everyone.
Styx: A Soroban-Cosmos Bridge: $43,000 worth of XLM*
Styx is a mint/burn bridge connecting Soroban to Cosmos and the larger Blockchain ecosystem.
Soroban Contracts with Secrets: $50,000 worth of XLM*
ZK Bricks is building ZK+MPC tech to enable smart contracts to compute on secret state, thus bringing privacy to the Stellar dapps.
PAYGOCrypto: $16,700 worth of XLM*
PAYGOCrypto empowers PAYGO distributors by removing high upfront costs and complex onboarding processes for the unbanked and aiding both small and large-scale businesses.
Tide Stream Payment: $18,200 worth of XLM*
Tide Stream Payment is building a payment streaming app on Soroban to allow users to make payments over a fixed period of time.
Startup Camp 2.0: $50,000 worth of XLM*
Relaunching the Stellar Startup Camp to make it self-serve and replicable globally.
Dropzey: $38,500 worth of XLM*
Dropzey is a decentralized Airdrop Hub on the Stellar network that allows users to create, manage, and participate in airdrops with transparency and efficiency.
Eascrow: $48,900 worth of XLM*
Eascrow utilizes Soroban for secure, cost-efficient web3 escrow, ensuring swift, fraud-free payments for goods and freelancers.
Nobak: Custodial Wallet Signer: $34,500 worth of XLM*
Nobak allows you to dive into Soroban’s universe on Stellar, where the digital realm becomes your playground.
Rise In — Developer Growth: $50,000 worth of XLM*
Rise In is unlocking developer growth globally with online courses on Risein.com & IRL events (including community meet-ups and hackathons).
Skeeper — A Keeper Platform: $37,500 worth of XLM*
Skeeper provides smart-contract execution and automation tools and infrastructure for the Soroban ecosystem.
Circle EURC Ramps: $50,000 worth of XLM*
Provides on and off ramps for Circle EURC on Stellar so users can deposit EUR for Circle EURC and withdraw Circle EURC for EUR.
Gladius: Play, Learn, Earn: $45,000 worth of XLM*
Gladius gamifies education, connecting parents, sports clubs, and students with NFT prizes and rewards.
Community Awards
Awarded a total of $1,078,825 worth of XLM* to 12 projects
If the Activation Award is granted and the deliverables of the Activation Award submission are completed, the Activation Award recipient(s) can then request a Community Award (up to $100,000 worth of XLM* for 2–3 months project). Projects are able to request additional Community Awards according to the resubmission guidelines.
Soroban Explorer II: $100,000 worth of XLM*
Soroban Explorer enables users to verify smart contracts by compiling the underlying code, helping to avoid malicious contracts and actors.
Constellation Protocol: $100,000 worth of XLM*
Constellation Protocol gives anyone the ability to create and manage tokenized index funds on Soroban.
AnChain.AI Web3SOC Completion: $95,000 worth of XLM*
Web3SOC is a security operations center (SOC) designed to safeguard digital assets and smart contract-based applications.
SoroSplits II: $94,000 worth of XLM*
SoroSplits is an open-source smart contract that enables the Stellar community to split on-chain payments in a trustless manner.
Formal VerSo — Phase 1: $99,825 worth of XLM*
Formal VerSo is a semi-automated tool for Formal Verification of Soroban contracts using the Software Analysis Workbench.
Aquarius AMM Launch on Soroban: $94,000 worth of XLM*
Aquarius is finalizing the integration of smart contracts and upgrading user interfaces for their AMMs launch on Soroban.
EasyA — #60DaysOfSoroban: $95,000 worth of XLM*
EasyA builds on the huge success of its #SummerOfSoroban to educate a further 2,000 developers on Soroban in the run-up to mainnet.
Solidity Contracts on Soroban II: $17,000 worth of XLM*
This project aims to allow writing Soroban smart contracts in Solidity by integrating Soroban as a compilation target for Solang.
Aura | A Stellar EURC On-Ramp II: $84,000 worth of XLM*
Aura is a licensed Fintech company in Europe building infrastructure to allow Latin Americans to send money back home.
Scout — BugFighter for Soroban: $100,000 worth of XLM*
Scout takes the next step to further aid developers and auditors in enhancing Soroban smart contracts security.
Soroban Contract Auditor: $100,000 worth of XLM*
Soroban Contract Auditor allows users to seamlessly audit and analyze Stellar smart contracts with Soroban, a powerful integrated tool on Stellarchain.io.
Allbridge Core II: $100,000 worth of XLM*
Allbridge Core enables users to seamlessly access the Stellar ecosystem through native stablecoin swaps.
