The Stellar Community Fund (SCF) is an open-application awards program that draws on community input to support developers and startups building on Stellar.
Congratulations to all submitters on your achievement. We received 92 submissions, 62 of which were submitted for their first ever SCF Build awards.

This round of the Stellar Community Fund (SCF #33) marked an exciting transition as we introduced SCF 6.1, which launched in Round 34. This update streamlines the submission process, allowing teams to submit a brief project overview, a short video introduction, and key details about their team and development stage — making it easier than ever to apply. Based on their ecosystem value, eligibility, and team capability, projects are now invited to submit to either SCF Kickstart or SCF Build.
With these improvements, SCF continues to evolve, ensuring a more efficient and accessible process while maintaining the high standards of innovation and impact that define the fund. You can learn more about these updates in our announcement article here.

Build Award
Projects can request a Build Award up to $150,000 worth of XLM*. The SCF Build Award is for projects which have significant (user) traction OR teams that are experienced in the Stellar ecosystem and have identified a validated need, both with a well thought out plan and architecture to be ready to build upon receiving the SCF Build Award. Stellarcarbon — $62,000.00 worth of XLM*
StellarCarbon provides transparent, nature-based carbon offsetting with proof of retirement on the Stellar blockchain and in the Verra Registry. With StellarCarbon, anyone with a Stellar account can make a voluntary carbon offset that is registered both on-chain and off-chain.
CodeLnPay — $90,100.00 worth of XLM*
CodeLnPay offers cross-border salary payments to help African-based remote workers seamlessly receive their earnings.
Soroban Optimistic Oracle (SOO) — $30,000.00 worth of XLM*
SOO is a decentralized arbitration system for resolving on-chain disputes. It serves as an oracle for projects such as prediction markets, insurance protocols, derivatives, and cross-chain bridges, providing data ranging from cryptocurrency prices to sports and political events.
Tumbl — $38,000.00 worth of XLM*
Tumbl is a platform for deploying automated financial workflows on Stellar without writing a single line of code. From payroll, disbursements, and international on/off ramps to yield-bearing assets and liquidity rewards, Tumbl is an all-in-one platform for deploying and accessing automated finance on Stellar.
Warmancer: Black Friday — $136,500.00 worth of XLM*
Warmancer: Black Friday is a free-to-play, public-good strategy game that merges the depth of traditional board games with the intrigue of hidden information. It uses zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) on the Stellar blockchain to conceal board positions, enhancing secrecy and fairness. Verseprop — $112,020.00 worth of XLM*
Verseprop is a commercial real estate tokenization platform headquartered in London. Operational, regulated, and revenue-generating since its launch in September 2024, it makes real estate debt and equity accessible faster, more efficiently, and more transparently than traditional companies.

The Give Hub is a crowdfunding and microloan platform for social causes, focusing on remote regions of Latin America and Africa.

Solang Playground is a web-based IDE for the Solang compiler, allowing developers to write and compile smart contracts directly in their browsers.

BlindPay is a stablecoin API for global payments. It handles regulatory and compliance requirements so companies can send and receive money worldwide using stablecoins, fiat currencies, and multiple blockchains.

SorobanHooks is a real-time, webhook-driven platform for developers to automate contract deployment, event monitoring, and cross-chain transactions on Stellar and Soroban.
