Only 3 hours ago as of the time writing this article Ripple’s Stuart Alderoty who is is apart of the General Counsel, tweeted out recent publication from Gary Gensler and added some commentary, essentially saying that this is a political power grab, and not the law nor good policy.
This is not the first time Ripple has publicly shamed the SEC for their corruption and wrongdoing, and surely it won’t be the last. Usually when Ripple is bashing the Securities and Exchange Commission & Gary Gensler publicly it is usually from Ripple’s Stuart Alderoty.
If you scroll through his Twitter feed, most of his tweets are centered around bringing light to the SEC’s wrongdoing and other misconducts.
