Chief Commercial Officer

Happy 4th Anniversary Zilliqa!

Hey Zilliqans! Welcome to a special edition of the monthly newsletter. The month of July was capped off with our biggest yearly event — the #ZIL4ALL anniversary celebration.

The event celebrated Zilliqa’s achievements, ecosystem growth and impact on the crypto space in the past year. Centred around our vision of enabling a Zilliqa for all, we showcased 5 different themes where tremendous growth was shown. The themes presented were: The Creator Economy, DeFining The Future, Industry Use Cases, User Adoption and Funding The Ecosystem.

Some of our ecosystem partners such as Xcademy Network, Ultimate Franchise Fantasy Sports, Mintable and PackagePortal among others, gave us updates on the progress of their projects and what to expect in the coming year.

Announcements were also made during the event. Chief Commercial Officer of Zilliqa Colin Miles announced the inception of a $10 million+ Zilliqa creator fund. The fund will be one of the key initiatives in driving the growth strategy for our NFT metaverse, also known as the Zilaverse. Zillacracy’s transition into IgniteDAO was also announced during the event, marking the first legal DAO in the Netherlands.

For those who don’t have the time to watch the full 3-hour long event, we’ve compiled a video that captures the key highlights of what went down during the event.

Thank you Zilliqans for the overwhelming support and engagement for the past year. We look forward to an even stronger year 5 as we continue building towards a world-class blockchain adopted and used by all.
